This is a minimal design for essentially an iPhone 5 slipper. that can be modified to other versions of iPhone and other smart phone. There are several steps in making this deceptively simple case, especially forming the leather to the wooden form and a lot of rubbing into place. The case easily slides on and off the iPhone without any buckles or other complicated fasteners.
The cover is made on a wooden form that is cut to the same size as the device.
